We worked with Andrea to close a loan during the summer of 2022. Despite the chaotic macroeconomic picture, Andrea deftly navigated the loan closing. We ended up with a 30-year fixed rate that was 80 to 100 basis points below what the St. Louis Fed average showed for the time period.

As a mortgage and real estate professional for nearly twenty years, I was highly impressed with Andrea Cox’s ability to navigate the lending process. Together, we recently helped a family purchase a home in Old Town Park City, Utah.
Due to the nature of the market, we were put under very tight timelines with abnormal challenges. Adding complexity to the transaction, the lender required two appraisals on the luxury home because of the purchase price and loan amount.

Andrea recently assisted me with two real estate financing projects, totally $5,000,000. One was a refi on a California property, the other a purchase in Utah.

My income is primarily K1 flow through. Bank statement/non conforming loans were required. My credit score is very good, debt to income is low, but the transactions were complicated and not automatic. Andrea helped me get two very good loans. I will not say that it felt smooth at every turn, but both transactions were competed to my satisfaction.

Andrea took our projects personally...and was instrumental in getting things done which were not of the "slam dunk' variety.

If you need a loan that is complicated and involves multiple millions, Andrea is a very good choice.

I am a wholesale lender who works with hundreds of loan officers across the country to find solutions for their borrowers. Andrea is the very best of the best, and I have a large sample size . She is extremely responsive, intelligent, and will fight to get her client the most favorable terms. With us she just got a multi million dollar purchase on a second home in Deer Valley done in record time. She got it clear to close in less than 24 hours after the certificate of occupancy was issued. This was a bank statement loan that didn’t require tax returns. These loans are much more difficult than a standard full doc loan, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Above and Beyond--Truly a Terrific Experience: I will readily admit that my first inclination was to work directly with a bank that I had worked with in the past on a mortgage loan for our new Park City home. We started down this path but changed direction when the first home my wife and I planned to purchase didn't work out. We had gone far enough with the bank lender as we moved forward on that first home that we knew exactly what to expect (the pros and all the cons). When we found the next home, we moved forward with Andrea Cox instead of the bank. We certainly were glad we did. Andrea coordinated the entire process and it was incredibly smooth. The rate was very good, and Andrea was able to get approval for our loan in record time and she got us to closing extraordinarily quickly. If you want to work with someone who will deliver what she promises (and even more than she promises), Andrea Cox is absolutely the person in Park City (or surrounding areas) to work with on your mortgage loan. I've worked with Andrea in different capacities of business and now know who I can trust for lending advice. I've spoken with other clients of hers that truly cannot say enough good things about her and the service she provided them. Awesome experience! Our family was relocating from out of state and we hadn’t owned a home in years. Andrea met with us over dinner, really sought to understand our situation, and presented us with several different loan options. She is very open and honest. She clearly explained the tradeoffs between rates, fees, and terms, and the events that might cause rates to change. She has superb attention to detail and is very focused. We had a last minute contingency, and Andrea got on the phone with everyone (including my payroll company!) to get the documents we needed. In the end, we got a great rate, low closing costs, and a mortgage professional we can count on for future needs. Thank you, Andrea!!!
